Oh, and have just remembered a couple of others ways I use Chia Seeds. If I feel like eating yoghurt I add Chia to it. Also I add Chia Seeds to my muesli.

Another thing I am now doing is to make a gel - the ration is 1 tbspn of Chia seeds to 1 cup of water. Wait 10 mins for the gel consistency to form. (can then be refridgerated up to 3 weeks I believe). I use this as an addition to the early morning drink that I concoct for myself, which also includes juice, spirulina powder and a probiotic.

I like to make my own bread using a bread making machine. I am now adding Chia Seeds to my favourite bread mix. You can add as many or as few as you wish.
